Performance Evidence
Evidence is required to be collected that demonstrates a candidate’s competency in this unit. Evidence must be relevant to the roles within this sector’s work operations and satisfy all of the requirements of the performance criteria of this unit and include evidence that the candidate:
locates and applies relevant legislation, documentation, policies and proceduresimplements the requirements, procedures and techniques for the safe, effective and efficient planning and monitoring of recycled material operations including:planning recyclable material processingmonitoring, appraising and reporting on operationsidentifying and applying people and processes managementanalysing and reviewing operations and costsidentifying and applying project and task managementcoordinating human, financial and physical resourcesdelivering and maintaining services to required specificationsevaluating new and used equipmentauditing recycled material operations performanceapplying negotiation and contract finalisationimplementing change managementidentifying, accessing and using appropriate technologiesidentifying and applying conflict resolutionidentifying and applying team management techniquesdemonstrates completion of the planning and monitoring of recycled material operations that safely, effectively and efficiently meets all of the required outcomes on more than one (1) occasion including:identifying, assessing and selecting plan componentsidentifying required information and scope of workcompleting a feasibility studydeveloping and implementing recyclable materials processing plantesting products for compliancedesigning compatible equipmentidentifying, appraising and introducing new techniques, systems or productsidentifying information sources to monitor growth potential of Industry
